Fredricka Holloway - Executive Director
Fredricka Holloway has an increasing desire to provide information and technology to youth that lack the knowledge, skills, and tools to thrive in a constantly advancing world. Ms. Holloway is an alumnus of the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign, graduating with a B.S. degree in Computer Science/Engineering. She is also an alumnus of INROADS/Chicago Pre-College and Intern Program. INROADS introduced her to the corporate world providing supplement education and key resources. She continued on in the corporate arena working as a programmer and analyst for USG Corporation, Accenture and in 2003 launched Innovatec Services, a technology and marketing firm.

Fredricka Holloway has a true commitment to community and youth having served as a board member for the National Society of Black Engineers – Chicago Alumni Extension (NSBE-CAE) to increase the number of successful black engineers and exposure to technology to our youth. She has directed, managed and instructed after-school tutoring programs at various sites within the Chicago Public Schools. Ms. Holloway served as a Girl Scout Leader and volunteer and still fulfills her passion for mentoring and positively impacting young girls by creating and instructing the Young Women’s Club for adolescent girls at the Gary Comer Youth Center, where she also is a technology partner and instructor. She is a staff/board member and volunteer for Osmosis Mentoring Initiative, which mentors youth in six disciplines of design.
